CyberLink PowerDVD by CyberLink Corp. Is a powerful multimedia player that comes with a lot of handy additional features. It can play any kind of movie, from DVDs or Blu-ray discs, as well as from local files. Sadly, CyberLink PowerDVD for Mac is not yet available, but there are many programs that can perform similar tasks. Cyberlink PowerDVD is a Windows-only program and there is no Cyberlink PowerDVD for Mac version actually. So what if we switched Windows to Mac and need to play 2D and 3D Blu-ray discs, Movies and HD videos like MKV, Ultra HD 4K videos, AVCHD MTS content from disc or file on Mac (Mojave included)?Never mind! The following article introduces an ideal Cyberlink PowerDVD alternative for Mac.

Hello,
I think it would be convenient to have a blu-ray player (attached externally) software for Mac OS X. I know that Macgo has this but it lags a little bit (using beta version). Is it possible to create a powerdvd software for mac os x? I think it would be convenient for people who purchased an newer iMac since they don't have a cd drive built in and have the option to use an external blu ray burner/drive.

Stevek I am casually interested too. What is the barrier to a Cyberlink app to play Blu-ray on a mac as is? It is common knowledge that Apple use pc technology now

Ask/Request Cyberlink Tech Suppot or Sales for information. I'm a user so I don't have any inside knowledge about the entanglements between Microsoft and Apple.
Why buy a MAC for trying to run PC software or try to run an emulator (Parallels)? Doesn't Apple have a blu ray player?
I don;t know the date of this article but here are some suggestions:
